The U8500 chip also uses a great GPU that is Mali-400 as installed on the Samsung I9100 Galaxy S II. Windows Phone 7 devices will use dual-core chipset U8500 that runs at speeds of 1.2 GHz. This may still change, but if this device will be off then maybe this gadget will be a smartphone with Windows 7 Phone first dual-core processor.
