LG is rumored to fill the vacancy which is left by Nokia in the development MeeGo platform with plans to make MeeGo based devices in the future. LG Electronics in this project will be working with ZTE and China Mobile and several other parties.

Nokia before it has announced it will leave MeeGo to then partner with Microsoft to develop Windows Phone 7-based smartphones.



Nokia itself still retains a little interference in the development MeeGo but until now the new Nokia rumored to develop one kind of OS-based devices combined Maemo and Moblin. Some time before MeeGo also featured in the Intel Developer Forum conference held in China.

During the event showcased new MeeGo interface designed for the tablet with an Intel Oak Trail. Tablets are reportedly also features 1 GB of RAM and SSD storage media. Is MeeGo will be developed as Android?
